Your Daily QA Problems - Solved (With and Without AI)
Speaker: Sanjay Kumar, Founder and Creator, SelectorsHub

Abstract: AI is transforming software testing - but let’s be honest: not every testing problem needs AI.
Testers still spend countless hours on repetitive tasks - smoke checks, bug reproduction, data setup, link validation, report generation, flaky automation fixes, and more. Over time, this creates fatigue, slows innovation, and reinforces the myth that testing is “boring.”
In this session, we’ll go beyond the AI hype and focus on what truly matters: solving real tester pain points. You’ll explore practical, battle-tested solutions - some powered by AI, others powered by smart thinking, tooling, and automation fundamentals.
We’ll walk through the complete tester journey - from exploratory testing and bug reporting to automation, performance checks, test data generation, and even career growth. You’ll discover how small innovations at each stage can dramatically reduce repetitive effort, improve quality, and give testers their time (and creativity) back.
Whether you’re a manual tester, automation engineer, or QA leader, you’ll leave with actionable ideas you can implement immediately - with or without AI.

From DevOps to AI-Native Delivery: Rethinking Speed, Quality & Continuous Learning
Speaker: Ashok Mysore, Director | Agile, DevOps & AI Transformation Leader, CGI

Abstract:

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how organizations build, deliver, and operate technology solutions. Traditional DevOps and software delivery models were designed for predictable systems and stable outcomes, while AI systems are data-driven, continuously evolving, and dependent on constant feedback, observability, and adaptation. As enterprises accelerate digital transformation, success is no longer just about delivering software faster - it is about enabling intelligent systems that continuously learn and deliver measurable business value.

This session explores how organizations can evolve DevOps practices into AI-native delivery models through engineering excellence, built-in quality, automation-first thinking, and adaptive operations. Attendees will gain practical insights into balancing agility, reliability, governance, and innovation while building modern delivery ecosystems for the next generation of AI-powered enterprise solutions.

From Code to Decisions: how DevOps evolves for Agentic AI systems
Speaker: Shristi Pranjal, Product Strategy & Transformation Leader, Dell Technologies

Abstract: In the race for rapid deployment, the greatest threat to stability isn't a lack of data, rather it is the "Noise Factory" of false positives. When monitoring signals across the lifecycle, i.e. Pre-Live, Post-Live, and Post-Sales are siloed, the resulting alert fatigue erodes trust between Quality and DevOps teams. For a product leader, this noise is a strategic bottleneck that hides real business-logic violations and slows down the value chain. This session introduces a framework for 'Closed-Loop Quality', transforming monitoring from a passive reporting tool into an active DevOps feedback engine. We will explore a strategy that consumes and compares telemetry from every stage of the product journey to 'audit the auditors'. By shifting Post-Sales data insights 'Left' into Pre-Live testing environments, we create a self-correcting system that filters out noise and prioritizes high-impact failures.
Attendees will learn how to:
- Implement Observability-Driven Development to align monitoring with business intent.
- Treat monitoring thresholds as "Audit-as-Code" to automate the reduction of false positives.
- Bridge the gap between technical uptime and "Zero-Violation" business controls.
