Why This Summit Exists ?

India’s aviation sector is undergoing a structural shift driven by rapid passenger growth, expansion of airport infrastructure, and increasing pressure on both airport and airline operations. While capacity has expanded significantly over the past decade, operational complexity has increased at an even faster pace.

Airports are now operating under continuous stress from rising passenger volumes, peak-hour congestion, and constraints across terminals, runways, and ground-handling systems. At the same time, airlines are under pressure to improve turnaround times, reduce operational costs, and maintain schedule reliability in an increasingly competitive environment.

Despite substantial investments in infrastructure and technology, many of these challenges persist. Fragmented systems, limited real-time coordination between stakeholders, and sub-optimal utilization of existing capacity continue to impact overall efficiency. As a result, there is a growing need for more integrated approaches to aviation operations—where airports, airlines, and technology providers align around efficiency, predictability, and data-driven decision-making.

At the same time, a rapidly evolving ecosystem of aviation technologies is emerging, including airport operations platforms, airline operations systems, AI-driven optimization tools, and integrated data solutions. However, meaningful engagement between solution providers and operational decision-makers remains limited.

The Aviation Operations Leadership Summit is designed to address this gap. As a focused, invite-only CXO-level forum, it brings together airport leaders, airline executives, and technology stakeholders to engage in structured discussions on capacity constraints, congestion management, and operational efficiency.

The objective is to enable practical, experience-led conversations that drive more effective, integrated approaches to aviation operations in India.

Speak At The Summit

We invite senior leaders from airports, airlines, and aviation technology companies to contribute to structured, peer-led discussions focused on the most pressing operational challenges in aviation today.

The summit is designed as a closed-door, high-engagement forum where experienced practitioners share real-world insights across areas such as airport operations, airline efficiency, capacity management, and technology-led transformation.

Speaking opportunities are limited and carefully curated to ensure relevance, depth, and balance across airport, airline, and technology perspectives.

If you are currently leading initiatives in aviation operations, digital transformation, network planning, or airport systems, we welcome you to express interest in contributing to the agenda.

Become A Sponsor

We work with a select group of aviation technology, infrastructure, and operations solution providers who are aligned with the focus areas of the summit.

Sponsorship is designed for meaningful engagement with senior airport and airline decision-makers through curated access, roundtable participation, and targeted interactions.

Opportunities are limited to ensure quality of engagement and relevance of conversations
