Award Submission Guidelines

  • Multiple Submissions: You may submit more than one entry per category.

  • Company Submissions: Companies are welcome to enter multiple categories.

  • Eligibility: Nominations are open to both organizations and individuals, as appropriate for each category.

  • Invitations: The program committee may invite individuals or organizations to submit nominations. However, an invitation does not guarantee selection.

  • Nomination Form: All nominees must complete the nomination form and provide all relevant details for validation.

  • Nominal Fee: A nominal fee applies per category to ensure the seriousness of nominations (details are provided below).

  • Jury Evaluation: Proposals will be reviewed by the jury, who will select the top five entries in each category.

  • Detailed Submission: Ensure your submission includes comprehensive details, as evaluations will be based on the information provided.

  • Final Nominations: You will be notified if your proposal qualifies for final nominations.

  • Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on the Awards Day.
