Award Submission Guidelines

  • Multiple Submissions: More than one submission per category is allowed.

  • Company Submissions: A company can submit entries in multiple categories.

  • Eligibility: Nominees must be organizations or individuals, as appropriate for each category.

  • Invitations: The program committee may invite individuals or organizations to nominate themselves, though this does not guarantee selection.

  • Nomination Form: Nominees must complete the nomination form and provide all relevant information for validation and confirmation. Deadline for nomination submission is 31 October 2025.

  • Nominal Fee: There is a nominal fee per category to ensure serious nominations (details provided below).

  • Jury Evaluation: All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the jury, who will select the top 5 proposals in each category.

  • Detailed Submission: Your project will be evaluated based on the information provided. Please ensure comprehensive details are included.

  • Final Nominations: Once your proposal qualifies for the final nominations, you will be notified.

  • Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on 20 November 2025 in Bengaluru

Bernd Bornhausen

Having 25 years’ experience in Information Technology, his entire professional life, Bernd, Director of Technology, QA at Valtech, has dedicated the last 15+ years to Software Quality Assurance. Working for international companies in three different countries, Germany, Switzerland and Canada, has allowed him to gather a vast experience that he is eager to share with the testing community. His focus nowadays lies on bringing automation to the masses – i.e. increasing the use of test automation across all projects. In addition, Bernd is volunteering as the Director Partner Program at the Canadian Software Testing Board (cstb.ca).
